Founded on a Single Complaint
DKCS Car Service began in 2013 after our founder, a frequent business traveler, missed a closing meeting because a "luxury" car service sent a driver without directions and no way to reach dispatch. We built the company we wished had existed that morning: fewer cars, better vetted, and a concierge team that actually picks up.
