Same-day requests in New York are usually accommodated within two hours' notice, subject to availability. For events and multi-vehicle bookings, we recommend 5–7 days.

Yes, free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside that window are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
